We’re a full-stack web development studio with a front-end focus, which means we can either build you a website from the ground up or get you a completely custom site using any of several major frameworks like:

Introductions

We like to have a call to introduce ourselves and get to know you at the start of the process. We’ll talk about your project in general and what you have in mind for a website in particular; if you have designs you want to implement or a designer you want to work with, we’ll go over them in more detail here or in followup calls. We can also suggest designers if you’re not sure who to work with.

We’ll send you a statement of work with what you’ll get from us working together, and once that and a timeline and budget are agreed on and signed, we’ll start your site.

Work

We’ll keep in close communication as the site continues - sometimes we’ll need to be a bit more heads-down in development, but even then we’ll make sure that we have consistent (usually weekly) check-ins to discuss progress.

QA

We’ll send you pages as they become ready for review; bugs are included in the development cost, and one or more rounds of revisions (content- or design-level changes) are usually included in the initial agreement.

When the site is ready for review, we’ll send you a link to a kanban board with columns like “To Do,” “In Progress,” “Ready for Review,” etc. We’ll communicate about specific issues on this board so we can keep conversation organized.

Launch

Once QA is complete and you’re happy with the end result, we’ll set a final launch date for the site and train you on how to update and edit your content - you’ll have full control over the end result and will be able to make any changes you’d like going forward. We’ll also discuss availability for consultation if you need code-level edits or changed site details in the future.
